Create, develop and manage all creative projects and endeavors. Guide creative team in multi-level design concepts and direction, while collaborating with corporate leaders to give new life to failing brands, new concepts, and innovations. Focused on personal health and beauty, overseeing all creative and marketing design, vendor coordination, as well as managing internal and external productivity to meet all established deadlines.
